When these couples decided to embark on a journey to a new life together, the Wedding planning journey began, with a big list of things to do and finding the right suppliers to make their day truly special.
Read about their journey with me and how I worked with them to create beautiful bomboniere and favours to their exact needs.

Rosa & George
Shendish Manor, October 2019
Rosa contacted me in the Spring of 2019 asking if I would design and make favours for her forthcoming Wedding to George. I had made bomboniere for her Sister's Wedding a few years before, so it was lovely to be asked again.
We had a telephone consultation which enabled me to find out a bit more about them. Rosa had an idea of what she wanted. She definitely wanted to give a traditional Italian bomboniera comprising of a boxed gift including the traditional 5 white sugared almonds. She also gave me her colour scheme of blush pink and burgundy.
I got to work putting together some ideas of gifts and decoration using their colour scheme and gave Rosa a few ideas and prices within her budget. Her invitations and on the day stationary were made by the lovely Tracey and Tiggity Boo and we worked together using the same ribbons to tie everything together nicely.
Rosa came back to me by the August of 2019 with confirmed numbers and exactly the bomboniera she wanted.

Rebecca & Mark
Hedsor House, December 2019
Rebecca contacted me in the Spring of 2019 , a very organised bride planning ahead for her beautiful Wedding at Hedsor House that coming December.
She had been reserching online and was looking for a supplier who could supply chocolate truffle favours or something similar, boxed and tied with ribbon to match their style. She was kindly reccomemded to me by an industry friend who had met me a few weeks before.
We had a chat on the phone and discussed details. I didn't have a truffle supplier at the time, but had a really good supplier of fudge, handmade in Hertfordshire, Rebecca was pleased to find out more.
We arranged a meeting where I had samples of the fudge and discussed box options. Rebecca already had an idea of the chest box design which she liked so we went with that, tied with a lovely silver grey satin ribbon, adding a real elegance to the box. Rebecca and Mark also had their own monogram which they had used on their invitations and wanted to follow it through with the favours. They sent me the design and I got these lovely stickers printed which is used on the front of the box to finish them off nicely.
Rebecca gave me her final numbers by end August 2019, giving me plenty of time to schedule the work in and liase with my suppliers to get everything just right.
Thank you to Nick Ray Photography for capturing my favours on the table settings so beautifully.

The four counties Wedding awards
Woodlands Manor, November 2019
The Four Counties Wedding Awards recognises and rewards the hard work and dedication, the long hours and patience of local wedding suppliers in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire
Those who go above and beyond to make every wedding day so very special. A real recognition of excellence in the wedding service sector.
The awards are given out on a special gala evening with music entertainment, great food and company. A really fabulous night.
In November 2019 the ceremony was held at the Stunning location of Woodlands Manor, Bedfordshire. A perfect wedding venue.
I attended the Gala myself along with other industry friends and met many more. I wanted to be involved in the Gala somehow and wanted to contribute in some way. I contacted the organiser and offered to make table favours for the guests. When I fond out the theme was black and gold, I was so exited and set about designing little black boxes with glitter gold flowers which would really stand out and add colour and interest on the tables. And that they did! Corporate favours can be stunning and elegant too and really help make the party, they created a real talking point for all the guests.
