  • What can I book with you?

    We offer a wide range of travel experiences to suit every type of traveller. Whether you're dreaming of a short-haul escape, a long-haul adventure, a luxury break, UK stay or a fun-filled family holiday, we've got you covered. We also specialise in unforgettable holidays in Italy — from countryside villas to coastal gems. Whatever your travel style, we’ll help you plan it perfectly.

  • How do I get a quote

    Getting a quote is easy. Simply get in touch and fill out our quick quote form — it helps us understand your travel preferences, needs, and budget. Once we have the details, we’ll arrange a call to discuss everything in more depth. After that, you'll receive a personalised quote tailored to your perfect trip.

  • Do you charge a fee for your services?

    No, I don’t charge you a fee. I’m paid a commission by my travel partners — and that commission is already built into the cost of what you book. So you get expert advice and a personalised service at no extra cost to you.

  • Can I collect Avios points when booking with you??

    Absolutely! If you're a member of the British Airways Executive Club (or a similar Avios-earning program), you can collect Avios points on eligible bookings made through me — including flights, hotels, and car hire with participating partners.


    When we plan your trip, just let me know your membership number and I’ll make sure you get your points where possible. 

  • Can I use my Avios points when booking with you?

    Avios points can only be used when you book your own flights directly with the airline. However, I can still help you make the most of your trip by booking your hotel separately — often with exclusive deals and added perks you won’t find online.

  • Can I book car hire and transfers?

    Yes, absolutely! I can arrange car hire and private or shared transfers as part of your trip. Whether you need an airport pickup, a hotel transfer, or a rental car for exploring, I’ll take care of the details to make your journey as smooth as possible.

  • What other services can I book with you?

    Alongside your main holiday, I can help you book all the extras that make your travel experience smoother and more comfortable — including airport lounges, Fast Track security, airport parking, and even overnight hotel stays before your flight. It's all part of creating a stress-free, seamless journey from start to finish.

  • What do I do if I arrive on holiday and something is not right?

    Don’t worry — I’ve got your back. I have direct contacts with my travel partners and hotel teams, so if anything isn’t quite as expected, I’ll step in to help resolve the issue quickly. You won’t be left to deal with it alone — I’m just a message or call away.
